XINGÚ

Xingú has been practicing martial arts since his youth. His journey of constant learning and discovery has led him to become a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, a mestre in Capoeira, and a guro in Eskrima. He teaches all three art forms at his martial arts studio, XL VCB Martial Arts Academy, in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Xingú has also been involved in spreading and educating others about Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Capoeira, and Eskrima through the media. He has appeared in numerous TV shows, theaters, commercials, music videos, and films, showcasing these martial arts and teaching many actors and actresses. Some of his past clients include Academy Award-winning actress Charlize Theron (Monster, Aeon Flux), Lee Thompson Young (The Famous Jett Jackson, Rizzoli And Isles), Bill Bellamy (Def Comedy Jam), Michael Copon (Power Rangers), Alyssa Diaz (The Rookie), Rachel Keller (Legion), Qorianka Kilcher (Yellowstone), Anna Diop (Titans), Damaris Lewis (See), and many more.

Xingú has also taught for various programs aimed at helping the youth of the community, such as the Upward Bound Program, P.S. Arts, Music Center, Los Angeles Unified School District, City Of Beverly Hills, and others. He believes that martial arts help individuals by enabling them to overcome their fears and understand their true selves.
